Crème Brûlée!!!
I’M MAKING CREME BRULEE!!! :D It’s fun. Condensed milk+milk=my new favorite drink. Haha jk. I’d probably get sick of it in a day…anyway, it has to cook for 1 hour…nervous. Hope it turns out well. 54 minutes left.
I don’t have one of those little flame torch things to brown the sugar, so, following the recipe I found, I cooked the sugar, put it on the bottom of the pan, put the mixture on top, then when it cooks I’ll flip it upside down… it might not work out well, though. As per my mom’s instructions, I used a huge circular pan, because we don’t have little round ones. I might not be able to flip it :o aahhh…*bites nails*
AAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!! OMG. OMFG. OH MY F**CKING GOODNESS. THE CREME BRULEE IS BUBBLING!!! MY COOKIES DON’T BUBBLE. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!! I’M DOOMED. MY MOM IS GONNA KILL ME. OMG I’M SO DEAD.
Oh..there’s no flour. That’s why it’s not bubbling. It’s just milk and eggs. I knew that.
Okay, it’s done, and I flipped it. But the sugar melted :(( so there isn’t a crisp top. Very sweet :/ yummy, though.
